Job Title: Ecommerce Coordinator
Job Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the product catalogue, product listings on various marketplaces including Amazon, Mumzworld, Noon, and Firstcry.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
Creating and managing PPC campaigns, including ad copy, keyword research, bidding, and tracking.
Developing and executing strategies to increase online sales through Amazon channels.
Managing product listings, ensuring product information is accurate, up-to-date and optimized for maximum visibility and conversions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders, working closely with the Operations team to resolve any issues.
Continuously improve and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment of products.
Manage promotions, discounts, and other marketing initiatives across multiple marketplaces.
Conduct market research to identify new products and opportunities to expand the company's product offerings.
KPI optimization (traffic, conversion, basket, retention, profitability) in Amazon and other platforms.
Building relationships with Amazon teams to gain access to new features and tools.
Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotions and special offers.
Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
Staying up-to-date on Amazon's and other Ecom platform's policies, guidelines and procedures, and making recommendations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Skills required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong background in managing Amazon, Mumzworld, Noon, and Firstcry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with e-commerce tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and Google AdWords.
Passion for the e-commerce industry and a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary: AED 4000 to AED 4,500
