Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage our online platform . The position is based in Abu Dhabi and is available immediately.



Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee the entire e-commerce platform from A to Z
• Upload product information to the website, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and updates
• Process and manage online orders, ensuring smooth transaction handling
• Coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely shipments
• Manage returns and exchanges for customers
• Monitor online inventory and ensure product availability
• Handle digital marketing aspects of the platform, including promotions and special offers
• Implement and execute social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement
• Create and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram)
• Track performance metrics and optimize the site to improve sales and user experience


Required Skills:


• Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform
• Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with stock management software, CRM, and order management tools
• Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing practices
• Experience in managing social media (content creation, engagement, advertising campaigns)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills


Job Type: Full-time



Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
