We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage our online platform . The position is based in Abu Dhabi and is available immediately.Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire e-commerce platform from A to Z
- Upload product information to the website, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and updates
- Process and manage online orders, ensuring smooth transaction handling
- Coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely shipments
- Manage returns and exchanges for customers
- Monitor online inventory and ensure product availability
- Handle digital marketing aspects of the platform, including promotions and special offers
- Implement and execute social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement
- Create and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram)
- Track performance metrics and optimize the site to improve sales and user experience
- Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with stock management software, CRM, and order management tools
- Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing practices
- Experience in managing social media (content creation, engagement, advertising campaigns)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Higher diploma (Preferred)
