We are looking for a results-driven and tech-savvy E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales platforms in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing e-commerce strategies, managing product listings, and analyzing sales performance to enhance the online shopping experience and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website, marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.), and social media shops.
Ensure accurate and compelling product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Develop and execute SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to improve performance.
Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination with warehouse teams.
Implement email marketing campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies.
Improve website UX/UI and ensure a smooth online shopping experience.
Work with the design and content team to create engaging product visuals and descriptions.
Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries to improve service and resolve issues.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitors.
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce management or online sales (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Noon, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, and digital marketing tools.
Experience in product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
