We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and enhance our presence on major platforms like Noon, Amazon, and Talabat.

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online storefronts to maximize visibility, increase sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management:
• Oversee daily operations of our accounts on Noon, Amazon, and Talabat.
• Manage product listings, including updates on descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Product Optimization:
• Conduct SEO audits to enhance product discoverability.
• Implement best practices for product presentation and customer engagement.
• Performance Analysis:
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics to management.
• Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns tailored for each platform.
• Develop strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates.
• Customer Engagement:
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and work to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Competitive Analysis:
• Research competitor pricing, products, and promotions to inform our strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Noon, Amazon, and Talabat.
• Strong understanding of online marketing, SEO, and e-commerce analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce management software.

Pay: AED3,999.00 - AED4,999.00 per month
