Key Responsibilities:

The E-Commerce Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the online sales and presence of the organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, improve user experience, and increase customer retention. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to optimize the online store and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Manage and update the company's e-commerce website Implement and optimize online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales Utilize analytics tools to assess website performance and user behavior Coordinate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns Ensure website content and product information are accurate and up to date Collaborate with the IT team to maintain website functionality and resolve issues Monitor and improve the online customer experience and user interface Manage relationships with e-commerce vendors and third-party platforms Utilize SEO best practices to increase website visibility and search rankings Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Proven experience in e-commerce management or related role Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Strong communication and project management skills Experience with online marketing and promotional strategies Capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Understanding of online customer behavior and user experience principles Familiarity with e-commerce regulatory and compliance standards Experience with e-commerce customer service and support Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce software
