This includes maintaining our website, managing listings on third-party platforms such as Amazon and Noon, and strategically expanding our product offerings to maximize e-commerce potential. The role demands a keen eye for identifying market trends and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team to drive sales and growth.Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Ensure the website is functional, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
Regularly update product listings and content to reflect current offerings and promotions.
Third-Party Platform Management:
Oversee the operation and performance of our products on platforms like Amazon and Noon.
Optimize listings to maximize visibility and sales through effective SEO practices and merchandising.
Product Selection and Optimization:
Analyze product performance to identify strong candidates for e-commerce sales.
Recommend new products or categories based on market trends and e-commerce suitability.
Coordinate with procurement to source and list new products as identified.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to strategize and implement effective pay-per-click (PPC) and organic advertising campaigns.
Ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned with sales strategies to maximize ROI.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and report on e-commerce metrics, including sales data, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Use data to inform decisions and strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
