Responsibilities
• Coordinating with product development and supply chain teams to manage product listings, descriptions, and inventory levels.
• Product listing and monitoring order on Amazon.
• Amazon knowledge & experience required.
• Employing data analytics tools to track and analyze website performance and customer engagement metrics.
• Supervising and training the e-commerce team, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Managing budgets and forecasting sales targets for online sales channels.
• Negotiating with vendors and service providers to secure advantageous terms for web-based tools and services.
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations in online sales, including data protection laws.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in e-commerce technology and necessary skills to maintain competitive.
• Responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of digital marketing and sales initiatives. Tasks include website management, the online customer experience, managing website analytics, content management, marketing campaigns, inventory management, and overseeing social media strategies.
• 2-4 years experience required to fulfill the job role
