Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to lead the onboarding of referral partners. This position will focus on creating strategic relationships with partners who can refer potential clients, growing the business significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and onboard high-end retail brands across multiple domains for the World2Door platform. Develop and execute strategies for expanding retailer partnerships, focusing on high-end and luxury brands. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at key retail brands to foster long-term partnerships. Conduct market research to identify potential retail partners, trends, and competitive activities. Collaborate with internal teams (Management, Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and retailer integration. Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth. Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to the Product Marketing Head for further optimization. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships with potential retail partners.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in high-end retail partnerships or B2B customer onboarding roles. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong market knowledge in the UAE as well as Global retail industry.

Good to Have: Experience working in eCommerce or retail is an advantage but not a requirement. Fluency in Arabic is a plus
