Role Objective:
As an E-Commerce Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business on Online platforms. You will be involved in the product listing optimization, planning & execution of promotions, product performance analysis and customer relationship management within the assigned territory of veterinary market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective online strategies to achieve company targets.
• Provide insights and recommendation based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various online channels, carry out listing of new products
• Plan & execute regular promotions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Liaise with business partners to ensure their website/e-commerce platforms are up-to-date with current promotions, product listings, and industry trends.
• Coordinate the inventory levels with the concerned team to ensure product availability
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
• Prepare & share necessary analytical reports with the management
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales preferably in the e-commerce Industry
• Knowledge of the veterinary industry and its products/services is a plus.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results driven, motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of team in a fast-paced environment.
