Job Responsibilities: 1. Online customer service, responsible for pre-sales, sales and after-sales; 2. Responsible for formulating corresponding service plans through sales performance analysis to provide customers with valuable services; 3. Responsible for new user conversion, old user retention, regular customer maintenance, and user rights protection; 4. Other matters assigned by superiors. Work requirements: 1. College degree or above; 2. Love the sales industry; 3. Strong execution ability and sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, and strong self-motivation ability Additional Information Work location: JLT Working hours: 12 hours a day, work intensity is not high, there are day shift and evening shift, two shifts are required Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
