Job Description

We are looking for candidates with a strong record of owning and executing strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partnering with other teams to drive key Operational process improvement programs.This role requires working with business teams across the company to define requirements and high-level process/system solutions, leading cross-functional teams and managing the timelines for field operations teams to support project launches and operational Excellence.This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks, and change control. Cross-team coordination, project and operation management and executive presentation skills are essential, as are a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and get into the details that will make Operations world-class. This position will also require that you have the experience and flexibility to work with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.You will have a meticulous eye for detail and be driven by Key Performance Indicators on operational excellence, customer experience, on-time dispatch, delivery timeliness, returns and overall supplier compliance. You will support the Operations Manager on Fulfillment related troubleshoot resolution and be responsible for order fulfilment, pending orders, order cancellation, dispatch time and returns. You will have a continual focus on 100% operational alignment and visibility.The role requires proven interpersonal skills, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong time management and organizational skills and confidence in managing seller relationships will be essential to the success in this role.- High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically working with Cross functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation to optimize operational KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
- Customer first thinking - ability to analyze NPS and define tangible improvement initiatives
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever is necessary
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technology teams to define scope and deliver improvement programs
- Develop and maintain strong, successful relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externallyRequirements: - Strong organizational, prioritization and planning skills
- Strong grasp of Kaizen and Lean methodologies and related techniques
- Passion to learn and be curious to become an SME in their area
- 6-8 years of experience in managing Fulfilment Centre Operation
