Optimize and manage product listings across Amazon, Noon, and other relevant platforms.
Drive sales and visibility through strategic execution and analysis.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure smooth order fulfillment (FBA, FBN, and other platform warehouses).
Upload daily products across all platforms.
Handle end-to-end order processing, including logistics, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
Ensure timely delivery.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Track competitor activities.
Analyze low performing products and optimize the product listings.
Follow up on payment status and coordinate with the accounts department.
Coordinate and follow up on outstanding payments with registered e-commerce portals.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize product listings with keywords, descriptions, and images.
Find new products overseas and in the local market to sell online.
E-commerce marketplace operations knowledge.
Data analysis and sales analytics skills.
Experience with online product listings, data feeds, and digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
