POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives for our furniture and home decor business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the same industry and a deep understanding of the UAE market and responsible for developing and executing comprehensive online marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive traffic to our e-commerce platform, and increase sales. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES E-Commerce Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience. - Monitor website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales, and implement strategies to optimize performance. - Collaborate with the product and merchandising teams to ensure accurate and appealing product listings, descriptions, and visuals. - Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. - Maintain and enhance our presence on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and other relevant platforms, optimizing product listings and promotions to maximize sales. Digital Marketing Strategy: - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and boost online sales. - Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. - Create and manage content for digital campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and target audience preferences. - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts. Marketplace Management: - Develop and execute strategies to grow sales on marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and others. - Optimize product listings with effective titles, descriptions, keywords, and images. - Manage pricing strategies and promotional campaigns on marketplace platforms. - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on marketplace sites. - Analyze marketplace performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Social Media Management: - Develop and execute a social media strategy to engage and grow our online community across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter. - Create compelling and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement. - Monitor social media trends, track competitor activities, and identify opportunities for brand growth and engagement. \xc2\xb7 Strategy Development: Create and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on the furniture and home decor sector. \xc2\xb7 Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising. \xc2\xb7 Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and email newsletters, tailored to the interests of our target audience. \xc2\xb7 SEO/SEM: Develop and manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility. \xc2\xb7 Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, monitor trends, and engage with followers to build a strong online community. \xc2\xb7 Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies. \xc2\xb7 Website Management: Oversee the companys website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. \xc2\xb7 Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. \xc2\xb7 Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. \xc2\xb7 Collaboration: Develop and maintain extensive databases and collaborate with influencers, interior designers, real estate agents, and B2B partners in the home furniture and decor sector in the UAE. Organize and manage events to enhance brand visibility and partnerships. \xc2\xb7 Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through personalized marketing and CRM initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS -Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on furniture and home decor products in the UAE. -Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords) is a plus. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing channels. - Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - Experience managing third-party marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon), including listing optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. -Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and others. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. - Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills. -Extensive graphic design skills, including proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, AI tools, photography, and videography for creating content, artwork, and Reels. -Knowledge of the UAE market and consumer behaviour. -Extensive database and network with influencers, interior designers, real estate agents, and B2B partners in the home furniture and decor sector. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
