We are looking for a highly skilled

E-Commerce Manager

to lead and grow our new online retail business . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, optimizing online sales, and enhancing the customer shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth. Manage the online store, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user experience. Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.). Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, and sales trends to optimize conversion rates. Work with developers and designers to improve website UI/UX and implement necessary updates. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and logistics partners. Ensure smooth order fulfillment, customer service, and return processes. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging e-commerce technologies. Prepare reports and present performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience

in e-commerce management, online retail, or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of

e-commerce platforms

(e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce). Experience with

SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid advertising

campaigns. Understanding of

customer journey optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with inventory management, supply chain, and logistics operations. Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills.
