We are a rapidly growing online shop specializing in high-quality Abayas in the Gulf region, and we're seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to join our team. With a minimum of 6-8 years of proven e-commerce experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online business growth, optimizing our website, and expanding our market presence. Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage agencies and budget oversight
• Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI.
• Monitor, and manage the e-commerce budget, allocating resources effectively to support growth initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and negotiate contracts with agencies to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service delivery.
2. Team Leadership and Management
• Build and lead the e-commerce team
• Resource planning and allocation
• Performance management
• Foster collaboration
• Develop team capabilities
3. Lead campaigns launch in collaboration with media agency and marketing teams
• Collaborate with the media agency and internal marketing teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives, driving traffic and sales through the online store.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
4. Oversee the growth and optimization of poshabaya.ae
• Monitor website performance and user experience, implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
• Work closely with web developers and designers to ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
• Utilize analytics tools to track website metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Drive improvements in paid and organic channels to support overall revenue growth.
• Work closely with store managers to enhance stores online visibility.
5. Develop and execute E-commerce strategies
• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth and expand market reach.
• Identify new opportunities for product offerings, partnerships, and market segments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring the business remains competitive.
6. Support stocks liquidation
• Develop and execute strategies to manage inventory levels and support the liquidation of excess stock.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotions and clearance events.
• Monitor stock levels and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
7. Oversee logistics and delivery
• Manage the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to optimize the supply chain.
• Implement processes to improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Expanding into new markets
• Develop and execute market entry strategies, tailoring the approach to each target market.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and customers to facilitate market penetration.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in e-commerce management.
• Proven track record of managing and growing an online business.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Shopify or well-known e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and e-commerce logistics.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of the Gulf region market.
• Post-graduate degree and Arabic speaking are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
