E Commerce Manager

Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned E-Commerce Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our Client\'s online sales and presence. The ideal candidate will handle all facets of our e-commerce operations, including website design, market research, analytics, marketing strategy, and customer service.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and optimize website functionality, aesthetics, and content for an engaging user experience.
- Analyze data to refine marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition and conversion.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize website performance using analytics tools.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order management and customer service.
- Manage the online product catalogue and promotions to maximize sales.
- Ensure the e-commerce platform is secure and compliant.
- Maintain vendor and partner relationships, negotiating favourable contracts.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technologies to keep the company competitive.
- 4+ years in a consumer-facing digital marketing role, ideally in e-commerce.
- Proven success in performance marketing and e-commerce.
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, Square, and Optimizely.
- Proficient in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Amazon experience is a plus.
