Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our ecommerce and IT initiatives across our diverse portfolio of businesses--including a flower shop, cafe?, and restaurants with an engaging online presence (website and mobile app). This role is perfect for a candidate who combines technical IT expertise with a strong background in managing ecommerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration between our online and offline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce website and mobile app.

Implement and optimize ecommerce strategies to improve user experience, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

Coordinate with marketing to integrate digital campaigns and promotions.

IT Operations & Infrastructure:

Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, network security, and system integrations.

Ensure reliable system performance, scalability during peak periods, and robust data security.

Oversee regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Systems Integration:

Develop and manage the integration of online platforms with in-store systems, such as inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) solutions.

Leverage APIs and cloud-based solutions to facilitate real-time data synchronization between channels.

Project Management & Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with teams across operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.

Lead project planning, execution, and post-deployment monitoring for new feature releases and system upgrades.

Continuously evaluate performance analytics to drive improvements in both ecommerce and IT systems.

Industry Trends & Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce and IT trends, proposing innovative solutions to keep our platforms competitive.

Conduct regular testing, including A/B and stress testing, to ensure optimal performance and security.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in ecommerce management and IT operations.

Proven track record in managing ecommerce platforms (e.g., Wordpress, Magento, Shopify) and mobile app development or maintenance.

Strong technical skills, including experience with server management, cloud infrastructure, and network security.

Demonstrated ability to integrate online systems with brick-and-mortar operations.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across departments.
