ECT now holds the expertise and outreach required to deliver quality products to over 50 countries. We also provide contract manufacturing for regional and international markets for aerosol products, cosmetics & paints. Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and skilled E-commerce Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our online retail operations, including Amazon, Noon, website management, marketing, vendor coordination, and communication. Key Responsibilities Amazon:
- Handle all Amazon-related activities, such as product uploads, advertising campaigns, stock maintenance, invoicing, and restocking.
- Identify new market items and source all market items as required.
- Coordinate with vendors providing social media services to ensure timely completion of tasks and running campaigns.
- Liaise with vendors, arrange meetings, manage website sales orders, and ensure website features are functioning properly.
- Respond promptly to all enquiries on WhatsApp.
- Create lists of upcoming launches and current items, coordinate content creation, and arrange for images as necessary.
- Develop and manage website, Noon, and Amazon upload sheets, including for the UK market.
- Liaise with UK operators and manage stock, logistics, and customer payments for the UK market.
- Handle stock ordering and maintenance, ensuring no overstocking in online bins.
- Manage returns, expired goods, and overall invoicing for online orders.
- Ensure accurate packing of goods and completion of vendor tasks.
- Manage product upload sheets and invoicing for the Noon platform.
- Communication and Task Management:
- Maintain communication with all vendors and report completed work to the Manager/Management.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with online platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and website management tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate Joining Preferred.
