Job Description

As an E-Commerce Executive at Al Mualim Elect, you will play a crucial role in driving and sustaining our e-commerce growth and customer satisfaction. You will oversee and optimize online marketplace accounts on prominent platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Sharaf DG, Store us, and our company's website. This involves meticulous inventory management, implementing dynamic pricing strategies to maximize profitability, and maintaining seamless day-to-day operations.

• Manage and optimize online marketplace accounts on Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Sharaf DG, Store us, and the company's website.
• Oversee Amazon brand store, content management, and advertising.
• Manage content A+ and ensure effective keywords hunting for product listings.
• Create, update, and enhance product listings to ensure high visibility and sales conversion.
• Implement and manage dynamic pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Manage inventory levels across all channels to ensure accurate stock availability at all times.
• Collaborate with digital marketing platforms and partners to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
• Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Register complaints and follow up until resolution, ensuring good customer reviews.
• Promote the company's proprietary brand, 'Snow General.'

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, particularly with online marketplaces like Amazon and Noon.
• Proven track record in managing online marketplace accounts, content management, and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in managing Amazon brand store, content A+, and advertising.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
