Job Description

As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our online sales and presence. You will be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce platforms, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platform Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock outs.

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.

Customer Experience:

• Enhance the online shopping experience through user-friendly interfaces and responsive design.
• Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Implement customer feedback and suggestions to improve overall service.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure a cohesive e-commerce strategy.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement platform enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, noon etc).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• E-commerce: 2 years (Preferred)
