We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Executive to join our Company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling online marketplaces, Opening up new accounts with popular online marketplaces, skilled in social media content creation, and capable of utilizing tools like Canva and video editors. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in listing new products, copywriting, updating images, managing stock, and writing engaging content. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with marketplaces, following up on payments, and ensuring our online stores are visually appealing and up-to-date. Must have good contacts with Procurement managers in bigger marketplaces to smoothen the process. Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management: Handle all aspects of online marketplaces, including New account creation, product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
Content Creation: Develop and create compelling social media content using Canva and video editing tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Product Listing: List new products with accurate and attractive descriptions, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
Copywriting: Write persuasive and engaging copy for product listings, A+ content for Amazon, and promotional materials.
Image and Content Updates: Regularly update product images, descriptions, and other content to keep the online store fresh and appealing.
Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are always available and accurately represented online.
Marketplace Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with marketplace representatives, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues that arise.
Visual Appeal: Ensure the online stores are visually appealing, consistent with the brand\'s image, and user-friendly.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of online stores and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as e-commerce executive.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Proficiency in social media content creation and familiarity with tools like Canva and video editors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective relationships with marketplace representatives.
Hands on experience in various e-commerce platforms such as Noon, Amazon,Mumzworld, firstcry.etc.
Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
