As an Online Sales Furniture Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer satisfaction through our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces that suit their needs and preferences, providing exceptional service from initial inquiry to post-purchase support. This position requires a strong understanding of furniture styles, materials, and trends, as well as excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via chat, email, and phone to understand their furniture requirements and recommend suitable products from our online catalog and update our platform with new product.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our furniture inventory, including materials, dimensions, features, and benefits, to effectively assist customers in their decision-making process.
• Sales Generation: Proactively promote and upsell furniture products to maximize sales opportunities. Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Order Processing: Handle online orders from inception to fulfillment, ensuring accurate entry of customer information, payment processing, and timely shipment coordination.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally. Resolve any post-sales queries or problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Insight: Stay informed about furniture industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements:
• Experience: Previous experience in furniture sales, preferably in an online retail environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
