Key Responsibilities
• Direct engagement with our customer database, including calling, follow-ups, query resolution, and complaint handling.
• Product listing and inventory management on marketplace platforms, with a focus on optimizing listings for Amazon and Noon.
• Daily management of pricing and stock levels to ensure competitive positioning.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to identify sales opportunities and enhance market share.
• Coordinate effectively with seller support to address and resolve any operational challenges.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and uphold our brand's reputation.
Skills and Experience Required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in the computer and laptop retail sector.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (preferred), with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, computer software specifications, and e-commerce business practices.
• Experience in managing online marketplaces like Amazon and Noon, including listing optimization and inventory management.
• Bold personality with strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage reseller relationships across different countries.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in IT hardware and components, and e-commerce telesales.
Job Details
• Job Type: Full-time, Contract (24 months)
• Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month, with potential commissions based on performance.
• Benefits include health insurance and opportunities for professional development.
• Work Location: Dubai (preferred).
• Ability to work in shifts: 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
