E-Commerce Dashboard Specialist

to manage and optimize our presence across multiple online marketplaces, including

Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, DubaiStore, and Shopify

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketplace operations, ensuring efficient order processing, product listings, pricing strategies, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on all platforms.

Order Processing:

Monitor and manage orders, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries across marketplaces.

Performance Tracking:

Analyze sales data, generate reports, and optimize listings based on insights.

Inventory & Pricing:

Ensure stock availability, coordinate with suppliers, and adjust pricing strategies.

SEO & Ads Optimization:

Improve product rankings, visibility, and ad performance on platforms like Amazon and Noon.

Policy Compliance:

Stay updated with the latest marketplace policies and ensure all listings meet their requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

managing e-commerce dashboards

(Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, DubaiStore, Shopify). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketplace data. Experience with e-commerce tools, Excel, and reporting software. Knowledge of

SEO, PPC advertising, and marketplace algorithms

is a plus. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve operational challenges.
