As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing our multiple E-commerce stores. You will be responsible for product uploading, product listing, and order processing, ensuring that products are effectively presented in different marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Should have good exposure working on Ecommerce Platforms.

2. Product Uploading and Product listing on varoiur marketplace.

3. Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, including order confirmation, tracking, and resolving any order-related issues or inquiries.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and readily available for customers.

5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies to make informed decisions.

6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce.

2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and processes.

3. Proficiency in product uploading, listing, and order processing.

4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.

6. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

7. Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
