We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, online marketing, order fulfillment, customer service, and sales analysis. This role plays a critical part in optimizing user experiences, ensuring smooth operations, and maximizing e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing & Content Management
Create, upload, and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms (website, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO optimization for better search visibility.
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as necessary.
Ensure product availability and manage out-of-stock situations proactively.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and timely dispatch to customers.
Work with logistics and courier partners to ensure smooth delivery.
Customer Service
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns through various channels (email, chat, etc.).
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner.
Marketing & Promotions
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute online promotions and campaigns.
Coordinate flash sales, discount offers, and seasonal promotions.
Track performance of campaigns and promotions to improve conversions.
Sales & Performance Analysis
Analyze sales data and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide actionable insights.
Platform Management
Manage and update the e-commerce website to enhance user experience.
Ensure website functionality, speed, and user navigation are optimized.
Compliance
Ensure that all content and processes comply with platform and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, etc.).
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
