Job Description

Accepting orders across all the Ecommerce platform

Update online inventory daily and ensuring enough stock available in FBA & FBN. (and with other platforms as well, once start keeping stock in their warehouses)

Upload daily products across all the platform (target to reach 5000 products on each platform)

Product research (Finding new products overseas and in local market to sell online)

Tracking of FBA & FBN Inventories.

Coordinating with the accounts department regarding the payment tallied with the sales report.

Coordinating with reporting manager regarding any issues, new strategies to implement and follow up for the same.

Coordinating with the warehouse regarding packing and returns of the products.

Updating Google my business, social media, dubizzle and other platforms daily with the new promotional activities.

Attending customer inquiries on Ecommerce platform and on social media accounts. And addressing any feedback on the product timely to ensure better customer service.

Tracking performance of ongoing promotional campaign and other activities.

Updating Selling price daily according to the competition.

Analyzing low-performing products across the marketplace. And optimizing the same

Skills required;

Knowledge about E-commerce Marketplaces Operations.

Knowledge of Canva or any other editing software

Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, sales, and communication with others.

Experience with online product listings, data feeds, email marketing, search engine marketing, and Google Analytics Google SEO, website handling, content writing, etc.

Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Database related programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
