Job Title: E-commerce Executive

: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the daily end-to-end eCommerce operations, specifically Amazon Vendor Central and Noon. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order processing including validating retail purchase orders and punching sales orders into the ERP.
• Create consignments and schedule appointments for the delivery of retail purchase orders.
• Proactively follow up with key accounts to secure stock replenishment purchase orders, minimizing sales loss due to out-of-stock situations.
• Ensure smooth dispatch of retail and marketplace orders by coordinating with the warehouse team and logistic partners, meeting designated timelines.
• Process and track customer returns, replacements, refunds, and claims requests efficiently.
• Maintain the health of seller accounts, adhering to their respective guidelines and high standards.
• Conduct keyword research for product visibility.
• Update prices, create coupons, participating in deals and promotional offers.
• Handle escalations promptly, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Monitor product ratings and reviews, providing corrective inputs as needed to maintain or improve overall ratings.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the ecommerce division by implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely receipt of payments against retail purchase orders as per agreed terms, collaborating with the credit control team for reconciliation.
• Support the credit control team in reconciling marketplace orders payment, escalating and following up with ecommerce platforms regarding outstanding payments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in ecommerce operations, preferably with a focus on Amazon vendor central and Noon.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and order processing systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
