Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage E-Commerce Platforms: Oversee daily operations on our e-commerce websites, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.
• Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze website metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize User Experience: Ensure a smooth and engaging customer journey from browsing to checkout, and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and effective online presence.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our strategies relevant and competitive.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
