About the role:


An E-Commerce executive plays a pivotal role in terms of daily operations where he/she will be in touch with the stores to make sure that the operations are running seamlessly by addressing the concerns which may arise. He/She will be assisting the E-Commerce manager in terms of preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports to analyze the business needs. E-commerce executive works closely with the other department in the company such as IT, Commercials and at times with marketing to facilitate the execution of the task assigned such as product listing on marketplace, Promotion listing, IT support on SFTP's, Marketing Comms etc.

Core Responsibilities:

• Being a part of Weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to analyze and action on reporting KPl's including Sales, products range, on-time dispatch, OOS.
• Collaborating with the partners to deliver training to the staff at the store level
• Assisting in the new store launch process
• Dealing with day-to-day operational escalations from the stores via WhatsApp group channels and emails
• Identifying potential OOS by regular monitoring of assortment performance and highlighting it to the stores on timely manner
• Ensure that the customer complaints are being addressed and resolved on timely manner
• Managing the stock availability in the dark store
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.

Technical Competencies:

• Retail operations awareness
• Familiarity with SAP
• Familiarity with BI for reporting
• Knowledge of aggregators platforms
• Understanding of KPI calculations
• Basic P&L understanding
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as MS Excel
