Job Description

GMT is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Platforms Manager to oversee and optimize our online presence across various e-commerce platforms.

As the E-commerce Platforms Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the luxury watches and jewelry listings on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.

Your expertise will contribute to driving sales, expanding brand visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on these platforms.

Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Platforms Management

• Manage and optimize luxury watches and jewelry listings on various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, descriptions, images, and pricing across all platforms.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on the platforms to provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers on the platforms.

Inventory and Order Management

• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate inventory levels across all platforms.
• Manage order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and returns on the ecommerce platforms, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory and sales data between the platforms and the internal systems.
• Implement inventory forecasting and planning strategies to avoid stockouts and optimize inventory levels.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

• Analyze performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Monitor platform-specific analytics and reporting tools to track sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
• Optimize product listings, keywords, and search rankings on the platforms to enhance visibility and drive sales.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices for each ecommerce platform, ensuring compliance and maximizing results.

Platform Expansion and Integration:

• Research and evaluate new ecommerce platforms and marketplaces to expand the brand's online presence.
• Coordinate with the IT team or third-party developers to integrate the ecommerce platforms with internal systems, such as inventory management and order processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and manage new platform integrations smoothly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) as an Ecommerce Platforms Manager or similar role, managing luxury watches and jewelry listings on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including listing optimization, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
• Familiarity with platform-specific analytics and reporting tools to monitor and optimize performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the luxury goods industry, particularly with watches and jewelry, is a plus.
