Were seeking an experienced and talented e-commerce executive to join our dynamic team at Roulane. In this pivotal role, you will optimize our online business operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive our digital presence.   • Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies to capture new customers and business opportunities.
  • Optimize the customer e-commerce journey from lead generation to post-purchase follow-up.
  • Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory.
  • Execute online campaigns and promotions to attract leads and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee website management, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and content updates.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Utilize Google Merchant and Google Ads to boost product visibility and sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in e-commerce with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Expertise in managing product listings, inventory, and pricing strategies to optimize visibility and sales.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, order management systems, and CRM software.
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze data, conduct market research, and understand customer behavior.
  • Proficient communication skills, with fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and others.
  • Strong social media skills, including experience with social media advertising and promotions.
  • Experience in website management and regular content updates.
  • Expertise in SEO management to enhance search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Proficiency with Google Merchant Center and Google Ads for sales optimization.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelors degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with online marketing tools, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take charge as a leader when required.
  • Willingness to travel for company events.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
