To Introduce minimum 6 New Platforms in new territory in 2024
Grow the Conversion Rate by 3X in 2024
To measure the current cost to acquire a customer and lower the CAC by 25% while maintaining & increasing the sales.
To measure the customer satisfaction rate through this parameter, to check how many customers who continue to make purchases over a period and improve the Retention Rate by 3X in recent year when compared to previous year.
To Reduce the dropping of carts before purchase by 3X from 2023 in 2024 to increase Sales.
Measure the percentage of users who click on product link or promotional banners, improve it to 3X in 2024 from the current Rate in 2023.
To capture the feedback from our valuable customers and share the executive summary to the management monthly and to work on the improvement areas.
Monitor Shipping times, order accuracy and return rates to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Analyse the performance of different product categories, brands and individual products to make more informed decisions about inventory and marketing strategies.
Compare the E- Commerce businesss performance with competitors in terms of market share , pricing and customer satisfaction.
To drive various campaigns like Sponsored advertising, Promotions, Paid Promotions to effectively increase the sales by highlighting the newness & freshness and simultaneously clear the slow-moving inventory. To calculate the ROI for various marketing campaigns and to ensure that the resources are being used effectively.
Ideal Profile
Should have experience in ecommerce sales in leading market places like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.
Should have experience in ecommerce sales in Kitchenware products.
Should be open to relocate to Dubai.
