VIVO Middle East is now hiring E-Commerce Executive The E-commerce Executive role requires a strong commitment to customer service excellence, encompassing pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale interactions across various communication channels for our online store. Responsibilities include managing hotlines, emails, and other inquiries independently, while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring timely resolution of issues in collaboration with other teams. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Focus: \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate a dedicated customer service mindset and skills. \xc2\xb7 Independently handle pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale inquiries. \xc2\xb7 Manage communication channels, ensuring timely feedback. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues. Order Management: \xc2\xb7 Oversee operational processes related to order management. \xc2\xb7 Execute tasks such as order confirmation, shipping, and tracking. \xc2\xb7 Organize and analyze order data efficiently. Administrative Proficiency: \xc2\xb7 Utilize office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiently. \xc2\xb7 Maintain proper records and documentation. Organizational and Coordination Skills: \xc2\xb7 Possess strong organizational and coordination skills. \xc2\xb7 Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Collect user feedback and competitor information to enhance service level. Qualifications: Minimum educational qualification required: Bachelors Degree Language Skills: \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Urdu is mandatory. \xc2\xb7 Priority given to proficiency in Arabic. Experience: \xc2\xb7 Previous UAE experience in customer service or business-related roles. \xc2\xb7 E-commerce experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
