We are looking for an E commerce executive,

Key Qualifications:

• Experience with Major E-commerce Platforms :
• Proven track record managing and optimizing stores on Amazon, Noon, Store us, and other similar platforms.
• Familiarity with the specific policies, guidelines, and best practices of each platform.
• Digital Marketing Skills :
• Proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent.
• Product Listing and Optimization :
• Expertise in creating and optimizing product listings to increase visibility and sales.
• Knowledge of keyword research and A/B testing.
• Inventory Management :
• Experience with inventory planning, stock management, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with tools and software for inventory management.
• Customer Service Management :
• Skills in managing customer service issues, returns, and reviews.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Data Analysis :
• Ability to analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting.
• Project Management :
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize online stores on platforms like Amazon, Noon, Store us, etc.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Create, optimize, and update product listings.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstocks.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
