E-commerce Specialist

to enhance our online sales, optimize our digital presence, and drive growth for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and promotions. Monitor online sales performance and generate data-driven reports to improve sales strategies. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing) to drive traffic and sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the website, social media, and email newsletters. Oversee inventory management and stock control for online sales. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitors to enhance the online shopping experience. Ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipping, and delivery coordination. Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to track performance and optimize conversions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the gaming or electronics industry.
? Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
? Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
? Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
? Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
? Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
