: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, increasing sales, and growing our presence on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Noon, Talabat, and InstaShop. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, platform-specific sales strategies, and the ability to drive growth through data analysis and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management & Optimization:
• Develop and implement sales strategies for Amazon, Noon, Talabat, and InstaShop.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance across platforms, making adjustments to pricing, promotions, and inventory as needed.
Product Research & Market Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor pricing, and product performance.
• Analyze customer reviews and feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for new product listings and expand the product portfolio based on market demand.
• Inventory & Order Management:
• Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely stock availability and avoid stockouts.
• Monitor and manage order fulfillment processes to ensure smooth, timely deliveries.
• Track and resolve any issues related to returns, refunds, or customer complaints.
Customer Engagement & Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
• Engage with customers through promotions, discounts, and product recommendations.
Performance Reporting & Analytics:
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and KPIs for each platform.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and cost reduction.
• Track and report on advertising campaigns, including Amazon Sponsored Ads and other platform-specific ad programs.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to create compelling listings and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
• Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce sales, preferably on Amazon, Noon, Talabat, and/or InstaShop.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms' backend tools and features (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Portal, Talabat Merchant Portal, InstaShop Dashboard).
• Experience in managing product listings, digital marketing, inventory, and customer service in the e-commerce space.
Skills & Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies, digital marketing, and SEO.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or platform-specific dashboards.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA, Noon Fulfilled, or similar fulfillment services is a plus.
• Understanding of product pricing strategies, promotions, and discount structures.
Communication & Customer Service:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with e-commerce management tools, order management systems (OMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plus.
