Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify).
• Optimize listings with compelling descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Handle day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, offers, and seasonal deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance product visibility and user experience.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform policies.
• Generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior and present actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing tools is a plus.
