We are looking for a dedicated Full time Professional E-Commerce Executive Any nationality can apply Graduate of Bachelor's Degree Minimum of at least 3 years experience in E-Commerce/ Retail on various online marketplaces Good Command in English and should be patient oriented Strong analytical skills (Excel advanced level) You already worked on an e-commerce back office Roles and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Create Product list with all available details with images and image link \xc2\xb7 List All products in Tech Verge website and other popular ecommerce platform like Noon, Amazon, Dubai Store, Groupon, Dubizzle etc. \xc2\xb7 Listing of products in popular KDR like Carrefour, Lulu and Power retailers like Sharaf DG, Jumbo, Emax Etc. . Manage sales and promotion \xc2\xb7 Make sure that all social media accounts are linked with parent website \xc2\xb7 Create WhatsApp Catalogue of entire products and share with the sales team (For B to B) \xc2\xb7 Create a broadcast list of customers and broad cast offers new products details \xc2\xb7 Checking Product availability and Stock management on website \xc2\xb7 Suggest and Create offers for online platforms \xc2\xb7 Processing all online orders from website and WhatsApp \xc2\xb7 Prepare the order sheet and share with the warehouse team. Making sure all orders are having clear details of the products and customers. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with warehouse team to check all orders are correctly picked, packed, shipped and delivered \xc2\xb7 Liaise with customer care executive to make sure all customer queries are attended and solved \xc2\xb7 Daily reporting to the senior manager regards the daily orders and delivery details. \xc2\xb7 In case of any issues related to the website contact the back-end team and get it resolved.
