The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills in English & Tagalog, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues effectively. Following are the requisites :SKILL SETS REQUIRED : * Female Degree or Diploma Holders
Min 2yrs of Customer Service experience in Retail Industry handling Shopify & Gorgias systems
Process orders, returns, exchanges, replacements or refunds via Shopify
Handled escalations and complaints of Customers via Shopify messaging system & Gorgias call systems
Resolved an average of 50 tickets per day
Excellent communication skills in Tagalog & English is a must
Strong problem-solving abilities, high level of patience and empathy, Customer Interaction, Transaction Handling, Product Knowledge, Team Coordination etc essential
Hands on experience in Retail Management Software or Customer Relationship Management(CRM) software will be a plus
Salary : AED 4,000 - AED 4,500 + Annual Benefits
