Position Overview: As an E-commerce Coordinator in the Khadlaj perfumes, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize the online sales channels of a company. You will play a crucial role in driving e-commerce growth, improving customer experience, and maximizing online revenue. This position requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and the perfume industry. 1. Oversee and manage the company\'s e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplace accounts) to ensure they are up-to-date. 2. Regularly update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to ensure accuracy and relevancy. 3. Review, validate, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. 4. Ensure that orders are fulfilled promptly, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. 5. Responsible in Dangerous Goods (DG) and Non-DG shipping processes for local and international orders. 6. Prepare and pack items for shipment while adhering to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines. 7. Ensure that all DG shipments comply with international and local shipping regulations. 8. Oversee proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for DG and non-DG shipments. 9. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and informing the team when reordering is required. 10. Maintain a clean and organized workspace for efficient order processing. 11. Address customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and delivery schedules. 12. Handle customer concerns and issues with professionalism and care. 13. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards before shipping. 14. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 15. Update and follow up marketing campaigns, promotions, and discounts to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. 16. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate stock levels, timely replenishments, and efficient order fulfilments to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. 17. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the logistics team for timely order fulfillment. 18. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and update customers on order status. 19. Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, and report directly to the Marketing Director. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in e-commerce, Digital Marketing preferably within the perfume industry 3. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and online payment gateways. 4. Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Shopify), social media advertising (FB/META), email marketing, and paid search. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 9.
