In this role, you will be accountable for the development and adaptation of Category strategies and the management of different product categories to fit local conditions. You will support the strategic management of Trade Marketing, aiming at maximizing sales and profit by satisfying shoppers needs.Main Responsibilities:CATEGORY STRATEGIES & PLANSIn this role, you will monitor trade, competitors, and market data to identify exciting business opportunities and craft innovative plans. Imagine diving deep into market data and competitor analysis to unearth new business opportunities, creating tailored portfolios that perfectly meet the needs of shoppers in each unique eCommerce sub-channel. Picture yourself devising strategic plans that align seamlessly with Ferrero Group's marketing guidelines while defining an e-Category Vision that speaks directly to retailers, all based on keen shopper insights.As you set ambitious channel visions and develop e-MyPS strategies with clear KPIs, you\'ll also be creating and implementing e-Category Management projects that help retailers fulfill shopper needs. Collaborating with the Trade team, you\'ll execute precise e-Category actions at the digital shelf, ensuring our online presence is both robust and effective. You will support Local Teams with trends and category arguments to develop Joint Business Plan.POINT OF SALE ACTIVITIESYou will design and implement campaigns across eCommerce sub-channels in collaboration with Regional and local teams to boost visibility and sales. You will monitor and analyze campaign performance to understand purchase behaviors and improve future activations. Additionally, you will collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure full availability through accurate forecasting.BUDGET MANAGEMENTYou will ensure activities and strategies are supported by ROI analysis pre and post implementation. You will manage the budget in line with business objectives.Who we are looking for:To be considered for this role, you must possess a bachelors degree in business administration or a related discipline. You should have a minimum of 5 years in commercial relevant positions with at least 3 years experience in e-commerce. Experience in FMCG is a strong advantage.Proficiency in customer systems/portals and advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential.You should have the ability to analyze category and product trends and translate them into executable strategies. Strong project management skills, along with advanced communication and presentation abilities, are required.A thorough knowledge of retail eCommerce activities, including promotions, financials, and operations, as well as an in-depth understanding of online retailer policies and procedures, is necessary.
