E Commerce Associate
Job Description
We are currently looking for a passionate and energetic, individual to join our team.
. Launch, optimize, and maintain product listings using best practices on market places .
Inventory alert management and shipment plan troubleshooting for inventory replenishment.
File cases with Marketplace support, troubleshooting issues including reinstatements.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices, specifically online eCommerce marketplaces in the UAE & GCC.
Lead regular contact with customers.
Ensure projects are completed on time.
Understand business needs, objectives, goals, product mix, and sales strategy and define actions accordingly.
Troubleshoot complex catalog issues that inhibit sales & performance.
Understanding of digital and social media marketing that drives eCommerce on marketplaces as well as own eCommerce sit.
Collaborative problems solver who works well with team members and support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
