As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform, manage product listings, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Product Management:
Upload, update, and maintain product listings on the e-commerce platform.
Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and images are displayed.
Order Processing:
Process online orders promptly and accurately.
Monitor order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various channels (email, chat, and phone).
Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and engaging content.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock counts.
Data Analysis:
Generate and analyze e-commerce reports to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for improvement
