As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Jr. E-Commerce Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have above 2 to 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations and related Customer service engagements. Preferably from the gold jewelry and or relevant industry. This role requires proficiency in both Arabic and English content creation, excellent customer interaction skills, excellent customer service engagement and the ability to develop and execute effective online sales and social media strategies and team management.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

1. Online Sales Operations:

• Manage and optimize the online sales process for gold jewelry products across various e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure accurate and attractive product listings, including detailed descriptions, competitive pricing, and high-quality images.
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
• Oversee order processing from customer inquiry to final delivery, ensuring timely and efficient transaction completion.
• Updating and maintain the CRM module software under strict adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Ensure accurate end-to-end tracking and seamless execution of customer interactions and sales processes.
• Managing end-to-end coordination with courier partners to ensure timely and efficient package deliveries.
• Notifying customers promptly regarding shipment updates and delivery statuses.
• Execute the packing of order products in strict compliance with established company criteria and reporting.

2. Content Creation and Management:

• Create and manage engaging, high-quality content in both Arabic and English for product listings, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop compelling product descriptions that highlight the unique features and benefits of each jewelry piece.
• Ensure all content is SEO optimized to enhance search engine visibility and drive traffic to the website.

3. Customer Interaction and Support:

• Responsible and handling of end-to-end online customer interactions, providing prompt, professional, and courteous responses to inquiries and concerns. Customer inquiries to be attended promptly and within the set parameters.
• Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues related to product orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and effective manner.

4. Social Media Strategy and Management:

• Develop and assist in executing comprehensive social media strategies to promote gold jewelry products and drive online sales.
• Participate in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content on various social media platforms to attract and retain followers.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to remain current and competitive in the market.
• Tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities in the gold jewelry industry.
• Use data insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics.
• Stay updated on industry news, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

6. Creative Development

• Lifestyle and Product Photoshoots: Generating creative concepts for photoshoots that highlight the brand's lifestyle and products. Coordinating with photographers and stylists with ideas and suggestions for the shoots.
• Visual Content: Design and produce graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance brand storytelling and engagement, as requested.

7. Digital Marketing, Innovation & Trends:

• SEO: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Google AdWords: Assisting in developing and managing Google AdWords campaigns to increase visibility and attract potential customers.
• Marketing Strategies: Active participating in formulating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including audience targeting, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
• Creative Ideas: Continuously brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and attract a wider audience.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and the industry to keep strategies relevant and effective.

8. Team Management:

• Work under the Ecommerce Manager and manage assigned team of social media specialists and photographers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Coordinating the team efforts to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent content for online platforms.
• Providing guidance and training to team members on best practices and industry standards.

9. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to e-commerce activities.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors for website development, digital marketing, and logistics in alignment with line manager, if required.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.

10. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Follow the key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, customer engagement, and social media impact intact along with any other related job assignments all the time.
• Provide regular updates to Line Manager on the status of e-commerce initiatives and areas for improvement.
• Implement feedback and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of e-commerce operations.

11. Any Other Tasks:

• As assigned by the Reporting Manager and or Top Management, must be adhered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Ecommerce Operation: 2 years (Required)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
• Gold Jewellery and or equivalent industry: 2 years (Required)
