SAP Backoffice
Analyzing website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns
To strategically define the core target groups of the local eCommerce-platform and to prioritize and align all customer activities in agreement with the Head of Sales Support and local Marketing
Continuous research and analysis of customer behavior from the local eCommerce-platform and to ensure the correspondent knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholder (e.g. Sales Country & CRM-platform)
To act as contact person for all local eCommerce activities in accordance with the processes established
Additional Responsibilities CRM & Power BI
Ability to work with CRM system & Power BI tools
Qualifications
Professional qualification / degree in information technology, marketing, communication or a relevant business subject
First experience in eCommerce
Data analysis and report writing abilities
Fluent in spoken and written English
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise
Excellent software skills ( Excel, Word and Dokas internal systems )
Strong Team player with the ability to work unsupervised and a hands on mentality
Excellent communication skills
Proactive individual with attention to detail
