We are looking for a driven E-commerce and Social Media Executive to manage our online presence and digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce platforms, developing effective social media strategies, and driving engagement with our audience. You will work on improving online sales performance and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
E-commerce :
• Platform Management : Oversee day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Product Listings : Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images to ensure they are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Order Management : Monitor and manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Sales Optimization : Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve product performance, and maximize online sales opportunities.
• Customer Support : Handle customer queries related to online purchases and resolve any issues that arise during the transaction process.
• Promotional Campaigns : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional offers, discount campaigns, and online marketing strategies.
• Analytics : Use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates, and suggest improvements.
Social Media :
• Content Creation
• Community Management : Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media, building and nurturing a loyal community.
• Campaign Management : Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to the e-commerce website.
• Social Media Strategy : Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives to grow the brand's online presence.
• Influencer Partnerships : Identify and collaborate with social media influencers to amplify campaigns and reach a wider audience.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, growth, ROI), using insights to optimize future strategies.
• Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience : 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management and social media marketing in UAE, preferably in Perfume industry.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising on social media (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
• Excellent communication skills, including copywriting and creative storytelling.
• Experience with social media management tools
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) for content creation is a plus.
