Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing Management:
- Create and optimize product listings on PrestaShop, Amazon, Noon, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
2. Order Management:
- Process and fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
3. Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp, providing timely and helpful assistance.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience.
4. Marketing and SEO Implementation:
- Develop posts for Instagram, execute campaigns on Google and via email to drive traffic and sales.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility on e-commerce platforms by including keywords.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, including listing creation, order management, and SEO implementation.
- Familiarity with PrestaShop, Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing, with hands-on experience in Instagram, Google, Canva, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Hindi is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge/experience with building materials is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
