Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Provide excellent chat-based customer support via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram by addressing product inquiries, order updates, and general queries.
• Order Management: Process and manage orders on the website, ensuring timely coordination with the logistics team for smooth shipment handling.
• Report Creation: Develop detailed price lists, stock reports, and other essential documentation using Excel or Google Sheets.
• General Assistance: Collaborate with other departments and assist with tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Website and E-Commerce Tasks: Maintain a basic understanding of website operations, such as updating product details or resolving minor issues.
• Product Editing: Use Photoshop to edit and enhance product images for website or marketing purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word documents.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop for simple product editing tasks.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions when addressing customer issues.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and tasks.
• Prior experience in an e-commerce company is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with office administrative tasks and processes.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
What We Offer:
• Salary of 2000 AED / Monthly.
• Full-time position: 6 days a week (Sunday off), 10 AM to 7 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break).
